Nani's Gelato is a fusion artisan gelato shop. We specialize in making all of our unique, fusion flavours in house and take a great deal of pride in providing a high level of customer service.
We are seeking candidates that love to engage with people, are outgoing, work within an energetic team, perform well in a fast paced environment and LOVE ice cream / gelato.
This position is for Gelato Scooper team members. We are seeking individuals looking primarily for a combination of weekday and weekend shifts for both afternoons and evenings.
Training is included and paid, free gelato is available for our team during each shift.

Responsibilities
● Greet customers warmly and share flavour knowledge.
● Scoop gelato with consistent portions and presentation.
● Upsell items to enhance customer experience.
● Keep FOH clean
● Process payments accurately via Square.
● Collaborate with your team for smooth operations during busy shifts.
Requirements
● **** Have to be comfortable with closing alone at 11:00PM - 12:00AM at night****
● Friendly, approachable, and passionate about customer service & hospitality.
● Thrives in a fast-paced setting, handling multiple orders.
● Available for weekday afternoons and/or evenings and one weekend shift.
● Team player with a positive attitude.
● Eager to learn Nani’s hospitality standards (e.g., pistachio gelato quality).
● No experience needed; all training provided.
● Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
