Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and attentive Dining Room Server to provide exceptional guest service in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will ensure Residents have a memorable dining experience by delivering prompt, courteous, and professional service. This role involves taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming dining area. Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred, along with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and food safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Greet Residents warmly and present menus with enthusiasm
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while ensuring presentation quality
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, adhering to food safety standards
- Assist in setting up tables, refilling supplies, and ensuring resident comfort
- Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables promptly during busy periods
- Follow all sanitation, food handling, and safety protocols in accordance with industry regulations.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to manage time efficiently in a high-volume environment
- Previous restaurant or food industry experience preferred, including serving or kitchen experience
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with residents and team members
