Position OverviewThis entry-level role is designed to give hands-on exposure to the audiovisual industry. As an Installation Technician, you will support our technical team in the installation and setup of AV systems while developing foundational skills in tools, technology, and job site practices.
This position is part of the Canada Summer Jobs Grant (CSJG) program and is intended for youth seeking meaningful work experience and career exploration.
What You’ll Do• Assist technicians with installation of audiovisual systems (displays, cabling, mounts, etc.)
- Support job site setup, cleanup, and organization
- Help with basic cable pulling, labeling, and device setup
- Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles
- Follow all safety procedures and site requirements
- Complete basic documentation using company systems (training provided)
- Ask questions, learn quickly, and contribute to team success

Eligibility Requirements (CSJG Program)To be eligible, applicants must:
- Be between 18 and 30 years of age at the start of employment
- Be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or person with refugee status
- Be legally entitled to work in Canada
