About SheBoss Studio
SheBoss Studio is a boutique Pilates and wellness studio dedicated to helping clients move better, feel stronger, and build confidence through exceptional instruction and personalized experiences.
We are looking for an outgoing, confident, and relationship-driven Studio Sales & Front Desk Associate to join our team.
The primary focus of this role is sales. You will build relationships with clients, follow up with leads and introductory clients, and help convert them into long-term members and package holders.
You will also manage the front desk during your shifts, welcome clients, check them in, answer questions, and help create a warm and professional studio experience.

ResponsibilitiesSales & Client Retention
- Follow up with new leads by phone, text, and email.
- Follow up with clients throughout and after their introductory offer.
- Speak confidently with prospective and existing clients about memberships, class packages, and studio services.
- Recommend the membership or package that best fits each client's goals and schedule.
- Convert introductory clients and prospective clients into paying members and package holders.
- Re-engage inactive clients and support client retention.
- Respond promptly to sales inquiries.
- Maintain accurate lead and client information in Mindbody.
- Consistently follow up with prospective clients until a decision is made.
Front Desk & Client Experience
- Welcome clients warmly and professionally.
- Check clients in for classes.
- Build genuine relationships with new and existing clients.
- Get to know clients and help them feel recognized and valued.
- Speak with clients about their class experience and answer questions.
- Assist with basic scheduling and account inquiries.
- Conduct studio tours for prospective clients when needed.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and studio inquiries.
- Help create a friendly, welcoming, and professional environment.
Studio Support
- Keep the front desk and studio organized and presentable.
- Help reset equipment and studio spaces when needed.
- Perform light cleaning and organizing during shifts.
- Help ensure the studio is ready for clients and classes.
Qualifications
We're looking for someone who:
- Has previous sales experience.
- Has previous customer service, retail, hospitality, fitness, or front desk experience.
- Is confident speaking with people in person and over the phone.
- Is comfortable making follow-up calls and having sales conversations.
- Enjoys building relationships and talking to people.
- Has strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Is friendly, professional, and approachable.
- Is proactive and comfortable taking initiative.
- Is organized, reliable, and able to work independently.
- Is comfortable learning Mindbody and studio systems.
- Has an interest in Pilates, fitness, health, or wellness.
- Is available to work evenings and weekends.
Experience selling memberships, fitness services, wellness services, retail products, or other service-based offerings is a strong asset.
Compensation & Schedule
- $19-$22 per hour
- Performance-based sales bonuses

- Regular evening and weekend shifts
- Additional hours may become available based on studio needs and performance
