We're conducting a confidential search on behalf of a well-established manufacturing organization in British Columbia's Okanagan region.

The Role
As Plant Manager, you will lead a manufacturing operation of approximately 35-45 employees and provide overall direction across production, safety, quality, planning, scheduling, and workforce development.
You'll be supported by experienced supervisors and a team that takes pride in the quality of its work.
Success in this role will come from building strong relationships, developing leaders, improving coordination across the operation, and ensuring production goals are achieved safely and efficiently.

Who We're Looking For

You do not need direct precast experience to be considered.
We are primarily looking for strong operational leaders who have experience leading people, managing production environments, and improving operational performance.
The Ideal Candidate
You will likely bring:
- Experience leading manufacturing or industrial teams
- Responsibility for production, safety, quality, or operations
- Experience developing supervisors and frontline leaders
- Strong planning and scheduling capabilities
- Exposure to Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, or Operational Excellence initiatives
- A practical, hands-on leadership style
Compensation & Location
Compensation is expected to be between $100,000 and $120,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
The role is based in the Okanagan region of British Columbia.
