What You’ll Be Doing
· Receive and process incoming shipments with accuracy and attention to detail
· Assemble furniture and locker systems in the warehouse and on customer job sites
· Load and stage outgoing deliveries, labeling and verifying product counts
· Support installation projects (in town and occasional out-of-town)
· Maintain a clean and organized warehouse that supports productivity
· Assist with client pickups and represent Xenali with professionalism
· Operate small tools, hand tools, and pallet jacks (forklift operation if certified)
· Work closely with project teams and other departments to ensure successful execution
What We’re Looking For (All Required)
· Strong work ethic and reliability (good attendance record)
· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and be on your feet throughout the day
· Comfortable using basic tools and performing hands-on tasks
· Positive attitude and ability to work well on a team
· Strong communication and basic math skills
· Flexible availability for occasional after-hours or weekend project work
· Forklift certification
· Experience in warehouse or construction environments
· Valid Driver’s License (for project site support)
· Previous assembly or installation experience
· Ability to travel for out-of-town installation projects
