Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales professional to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage with clients, showcase high-end products, and drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and experience in various sales environments including outside sales, inside sales, retail, and account management. Multilingual abilities and familiarity with tools like SketchUp, CAD, POS systems, and merchandising are highly valued. This position involves engaging with clients through product demos, upselling, and negotiation to maximize sales opportunities.
Duties
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through outside and inside sales efforts
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase features and benefits of high-end products
- Utilize marketing strategies to attract potential customers and increase brand awareness
- Manage customer accounts by providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction
- Perform upselling and cross-selling techniques to maximize sales revenue
- Use SketchUp, CAD, or POS systems for order processing, product customization, or account management
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals effectively while maintaining professionalism
- Assist in merchandising efforts to optimize product displays and store layouts
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities within renovation, construction, or retail sectors
- Handle cash transactions accurately during retail sales or cashiering duties
- Maintain organized records of sales activities and client interactions for reporting purposes
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales, inside sales, retail sales, or account management
- Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to upsell effectively
- Knowledge of renovation, construction, or high-end product markets is desirable
- Customer service-oriented with a professional demeanor
- Organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and sales pipelines efficiently
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and calculating quotes or discounts
- Ability to perform product demos confidently and articulate technical details clearly
- Experience in marketing strategies related to product promotion is advantageous
