We are hiring General Labourers to join our industrial flooring team!
If you have construction experience and are interested in expanding your skills in industrial flooring — including concrete polishing, sealing, epoxy coatings, and more — we want to hear from you.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with concrete polishing, epoxy coatings, concrete sealing, stoning and surface preparation
- Perform patching and levelling using materials such as Ardex
- Operate tools and equipment including hand grinders, grinders, jackhammers, vacuums, and hand tools
- Mix materials, clean tools and equipment, and help keep job sites clean and organized
- Vacuum work areas, dispose of waste and debris, and carry heavy dust bags
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
- Follow health and safety protocols on all job sites
- Travel to projects across Toronto, Mississauga, and surrounding areas
Requirements:
- Previous experience in construction or general labour (required)
- Experience with epoxy, concrete polishing, or sealing is an asset
- Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle
- Physically demanding work – must be able to lift, kneel, bend, and perform repetitive tasks. Hard work.
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn new skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team environment
- Basic English communication skills are required — must be able to understand and follow instructions
Additional Recommendations:
- CSA-approved safety boots and basic PPE are recommended for safety and comfort
- Reliability, energy, and a respectful attitude are key
