Pure Raum is a growing company specializing in the distribution of professional Korean skincare products across North America. We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Marketing & Content team member to support our growing brand and digital presence.
This role is ideal for someone who has a strong eye for design, understands social media and digital marketing trends, and can independently plan and create engaging visual content.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and manage engaging content across social media channels
- Develop marketing visuals for promotions, product launches, campaigns, and events
- Create email newsletters, website banners, and other digital marketing materials
- Edit and produce photo and video content for various marketing channels
- Plan and manage marketing campaigns and content calendars
- Utilize AI tools to support content planning and image/video creation
- Research market trends, competitor activities, and social media trends
- Monitor and analyze campaign and content performance to identify opportunities for improvement
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in marketing, content creation, or a related field
- Hands-on experience managing social media channels and creating engaging content
- Ability to independently plan, design, and produce marketing materials from concept to completion
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- Experience with video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar software
- Strong visual and design sense, including a solid understanding of layout, typography, and imagery
- Ability to understand and maintain brand identity, visual consistency, and tone of voice across marketing materials
- Proficiency in using AI tools, including ChatGPT and AI-powered image generation tools, for content creation and ideation
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Up-to-date awareness of social media and digital content trends, with the ability to proactively suggest fresh and creative content ideas
Requirements:
- Native-level English proficiency.
- Proficiency in Adobe programs such as Photoshop and Illustrator, as well as Microsoft Office programs.
Work Details:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5 PM.
- Office Location: Pharmacy & Steeles Ave.
- Start Date: September 8, 2026
Compensation:
- $20.00/hour for the first 3 months (probation period)
- Full-time salary offered after probation
- Work Location: In person
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to read, write and speak Korean is a huge asset.
- Degree in design or prior experience in marketing.
- Strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail.
