The Role
NuBeverage is seeking an experienced and dedicated Warehouse Manager to lead operations across our growing network of warehouse locations. This is an exciting opportunity to build warehouse operations from the ground up at our new Surrey BC facility while managing daily operations across two strategic locations.
What You'll D
- Oversee shipping and receiving operations at both warehouse locations, ensuring accuracy,efficiency, and compliance
- Manage customer orders and coordinate pallet delivery between Surrey and Vancouverlocations
- Execute physical warehouse duties including receiving, stocking, picking, and order fulfillment
- Maintain meticulous attention to detail in all inventory management, documentation, and orderprocessing
- Build and establish operational procedures and systems for the new Surrey location frominception
- Work independently to develop and optimize warehouse workflows while operations are beingscaled
- Coordinate logistics and transportation between the two facilities
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock audits, and maintain accurate records
- Ensure workplace safety and compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies
- Report on operational metrics and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in warehouse management or supervisory role in a fast-paced environment
- Current and valid FORK LIFT license.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage operations across multiple locations simultaneously
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail—accuracy is critical
- Ability to work independently and take initiative while building out new operations
- Physical capability to perform hands-on warehouse duties (lifting, moving, stocking pallets)
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems and inventory tracking software
- Excellent communication and coordination skills with strong interpersonal abilities
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize competing tasks
- Valid driver's license with ability to travel between Surrey and Vancouver locations as needed Customer-focused mindset with commitment to service excellence
- Computer proficiency—comfortable with Word, Excel (sorting, filtering, basic formulas), email, and learning new software quickly
- Clear communication—you write professional emails and handle phone conversations with easePhysical Demands
This is a hands-on, physically active role. You must be able to regularly lift and move pallets, operate forklifts and warehouse equipment, and work in a warehouse environment. The ability to perform physical tasks is essential to the success of this position.

You should be diligent, detail-oriented, and excited about the opportunity to establish best practices and systems in a new facility. Your ability to manage both locations, stay organized amid rapid growth, and handle the physical demands of the role will be key to your success.
