Instant Lawns has been providing premium landscaping, sodding, and interlock services throughout the Ottawa region since 2010. As our company continues to grow, we are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and motivated Interlock Foreman to lead landscape construction projects and crews.

Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a landscape construction crew
- Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards
- Perform and oversee interlock, grading, sod installation, and softscaping work
- Operate landscaping tools and equipment
- Communicate with management and crew members throughout the project
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
- Ensure all company and safety policies are followed
Qualifications
- Experience with interlock installation, grading, and landscape construction preferred
- Previous crew leadership experience is an asset
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work outdoors and perform physical labour
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work extended hours during peak season
- Reliable transportation required
