We are hiring Apprentice and Journeyman Autobody Technicians who want steady work and the opportunity to grow in a commercial repair environment.
This role is a fit if you:
Want consistent hours and reliable workflow
Take pride in clean, quality repairs
Are looking to develop your trade with strong mentorship
Structural and non-structural collision repairs on trucks and equipment
Panel removal, replacement, alignment, and adjustments
Surface prep including sanding, grinding, masking, and priming
Support or perform refinishing work depending on experience
Tear-downs and rebuilds
Follow OEM repair procedures and shop quality standards
Assist technicians and painters during repairs
Maintain tools, equipment, and workspace
Support parts handling and organization
Follow all health and safety procedures
Experience in autobody or collision repair required
Heavy truck experience is an asset, but not required
Strong prep and repair fundamentals
Ability to follow direction and progressively take ownership of repairs
Reliability and consistency
Willingness to learn and accept coaching
Pride in quality workmanship
Full-time, steady work with consistent shop volume
Mix of ICBC and commercial fleet repairs
Minimal downtime with strong workflow
