Sea Level Brewing is looking for a dependable, self-motivated person to help maintain our raspberry and artic kiwi field on our family farm in Sheffield Mills.
This is a hands-on outdoor position that's perfect for someone who enjoys working independently and takes pride in keeping things in great shape.
Duties may include:
Weeding and general field upkeep
Pruning and cane maintenance
Trellising and basic plant care
Harvest support during berry season
Other light farm tasks as needed
What we're looking for:
Reliable and responsible
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Comfortable with physical outdoor work in varying weather
Attention to detail and willingness to learn
Previous farm or gardening experience is an asset, but not required
Hours:
Flexible scheduling
Approximately 15–35 hours per week, depending on the season and workload.
Additional hours may be available during harvest
