Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Breakfast Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking breakfast items, ensuring high-quality food service, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment. Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook breakfast dishes according to established recipes and standards
- Assist in food preparation, including chopping, mixing, and assembling ingredients
- Ensure all food is handled safely and stored properly in compliance with food safety regulations
- Serve breakfast items efficiently while maintaining quality and presentation standards
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including sanitizing surfaces and equipment after use
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management
- Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
- Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent food service and guest satisfaction
Skills
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service roles, preferably in a restaurant or food industry setting
- Knowledge of food handling safety procedures and sanitation standards
- Strong understanding of meal preparation techniques specific to breakfast items
- Excellent serving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Kitchen experience with familiarity in using various cooking equipment and tools
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in the food industry
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
