DISTAULO Fruits & Vegetables is looking for a Driver to join our team. We supply fruits, & vegetables in and around Montreal
Responsibilities include:
- Safely and efficiently operate a delivery vehicle to transport goods to designated locations
- Load and unload cargo, ensuring proper handling and securing of items
- Plan and follow the most efficient routes for timely deliveries
- Verify the accuracy of delivery orders and obtain necessary signatures or proof of delivery
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance, including checking fluid levels, tire pressure, and brakes
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while operating the vehicle
- Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle
- Presenting and retrieving the required paperwork from customers
- Driving in a safe and efficient manner
Qualifications
- Valid Canadian Drivers License / clean record
- Must be able to pass a drug test and background check
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must have a good driving record with no traffic violations
- Must be able to work overtime as needed and weekends as needed
