Description
As a Mobile Area Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for assisting residents by providing information and services as needed. This role requires someone that is self-motivated, outgoing, detail-oriented and has great communication skills while having excellent organizational skills.
Shift: Saturday and Sunday 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM and eligible to pick up housekeeping or security shifts during the week
Site Location: Various sites in the GTA area
Compensation: $18.50/hr + Gas Allowance per shift (when travelling): $25.00
Your Responsibilities:

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Train, coach, and mentor associates across multiple sites to ensure consistent service delivery and operational excellence.

Conduct regular site inspections and audits, providing detailed reports and recommendations for improvement.

Support operational efficiency initiatives and ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures across all properties.

Deliver exceptional customer service while effectively managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Respond to resident, visitor, and client inquiries, providing accurate information, directions, and assistance.

Coordinate and schedule building access for authorized vendors and contractors performing work within residential units.

Maintain confidentiality of resident, client, and company information at all times.

Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities to maintain industry knowledge and best practices.

Contribute to departmental and organizational goals by taking initiative and supporting continuous improvement efforts.

Ensure adherence to all safety, security, and access control procedures to maintain a safe environment for residents, staff, and visitors.

Protect client, resident, and company property by monitoring premises and responding appropriately to incidents and emergencies.

Conduct routine patrols of buildings, parking facilities, common areas, and perimeter grounds.

Monitor stairwells, hallways, and common areas to ensure they remain free of hazards, obstructions, and safety concerns.

Identify and report maintenance issues, building deficiencies, safety hazards, and potential risks to property or occupants.

Enforce site rules, regulations, municipal bylaws, provincial legislation, and applicable laws while assisting emergency responders when required.

Respond to emergencies, fire alarms, medical incidents, and security situations in accordance with established procedures.

Complete and maintain accurate documentation, including daily activity logs, occurrence reports, incident reports, and electronic records.

Follow all company, client, and site-specific policies, procedures, standing orders, and standard operating procedures.

Perform janitorial and housekeeping duties, including cleaning and servicing washrooms, common areas, stairwells, and floors.

Sweep, vacuum, mop, and maintain cleanliness throughout the property.

Collect, remove, and dispose of waste, recycling, and rubbish using appropriate equipment and procedures.

Maintain inventory levels of cleaning supplies, toiletries, and related materials, reporting replenishment needs as required.

Assist with garbage management, including moving bins and maintaining waste disposal areas and compactor rooms.

Support the overall operation of the property by performing additional duties and special assignments as directed by management.

Foster positive relationships with residents, clients, contractors, visitors, and stakeholders through professional and courteous interactions.
Skills & Qualifications:

Must possess a valid Ontario Security License

Experience with heavy duty cleaning

High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Completion of College level courses with concentration in Business/Hospitality or Police/Security Foundations would be an asset.

The work environment will require regular lifting, movement throughout the community and lifting. Candidates must possess reliable transportation.
