We are seeking a skilled Roofing Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing various types of roofing materials in residential
Duties
- Measure and cut Roofing materials to fit the installation area
- Prepare roofs by removing old roofing material repairing imperfections, and ensuring surfaces are clean and level
- Utilize hand tools and power tools to complete installations
- Apply caulking and sealants as needed for a finished look
## Skills
- Proficiency in roofing installation techniques including carpeting, hardwood, laminate, vinyl, and tile laying
- Experience with using hand tools and power tools for cutting and shaping materials
- Ability to read and understand blueprints for accurate installation
- Strong attention to detail to ensure precise measurements and cuts
- Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations related to roofing installations
- Previous experience as a carpenter, maintenance person, or in a similar role is a plus
