LEAD STONE COUNTERTOP INSTALLER
Are you an experienced countertop installer who takes pride in precision, craftsmanship, and quality workmanship? We are looking for a Lead Stone Countertop Installer to join our team and take charge of residential and commercial installation projects.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and complete countertop installation projects from beginning to end
- Install quartz, granite, marble, quartzite, and other stone surfaces
- Accurately measure, position, level, secure, and finish countertops
- Handle and transport large and heavy countertop materials safely
- Complete seams, joints, cut-outs, edges, caulking, and finishing work
- Read measurements, drawings, plans, and installation specifications
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and countertop installation equipment
- Coordinate with project managers, customers, and other trades on-site
- Identify and resolve installation issues and make adjustments when required
- Inspect completed work to ensure proper fit, appearance, and quality
- Lead and provide direction to junior installers
- Maintain a safe, clean, and professional job site
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of countertop installation experience preferred
- Strong hands-on experience working with stone surfaces
- Knowledge of quartz, granite, marble, and quartzite
- Ability to accurately read measurements and installation drawings
- Skilled with hand and power tools
- Experience with countertop seams, sinks, backsplashes, and cut-outs
- Strong attention to detail and finishing skills
- Previous experience leading or mentoring an installation crew
- Ability to safely lift and maneuver heavy materials
- Valid driver's license is an asset
- Reliable, professional, and safety-conscious
