- Team Leadership: Assign tasks, train new team members, and keep the staff motivated and efficient during busy rushes.
- Customer Service: Process orders via phone and in-person, up-sell specials, and handle customer complaints quickly and professionally.
- Operations & Inventory: Assist with food prep, maintain workstations, and ensure there is sufficient stock of ingredients before and after the shift.
- Cash Management: Operate the POS system, handle transactions, and balance the till at the end of the shift.
- Quality & Safety: Enforce food safety standards, product specifications, and general store cleanliness
