We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources professional to join our team. This role involves managing a wide range of HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, HRIS management, and training & development. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, experience with HRIS systems, and a solid understanding of HR best practices. Responsibilities
- Oversee talent acquisition processes, including recruiting, sourcing, and interviewing candidates using ATS platforms such as iCIMS, Lever, or Greenhouse.
- Manage HRIS systems like Workday, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, or UltiPro to ensure accurate data collection and reporting.
- Facilitate onboarding and training programs to support employee development and retention.
- Handle employee relations issues with professionalism and confidentiality, ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws.
- Coordinate change management initiatives and support organizational restructuring efforts.
- Administer payroll systems such as ADP, Dayforce, Kronos, or Ceridian to ensure timely processing.
- Maintain accurate data entry and documentation related to human resources activities.
- Support project management efforts related to HR initiatives and process improvements.
- Assist in HR sourcing strategies to attract top talent and improve recruitment pipelines.
- Collaborate with leadership on HR strategy development and implementation.
Skills
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms including ADP, Kinder Login,
- Strong knowledge of payroll systems like ADP .
- Excellent communication skills for effective employee engagement .
- Ability to handle data collection, data entry, and reporting accurately.
- Skilled in recruiting techniques and talent acquisition strategies.
- Knowledge of training & development practices to support employee growth initiatives.
- Administrative experience supporting human resources functions effectively.
