We are seeking a creative, results-oriented Social Media Coordinator to develop and execute marketing initiatives that enhance our online presence, promote our inventory, and increase customer engagement.
Job Duties
- Develop and implement digital marketing, advertising and promotional strategies to support the dealership's sales and branding objectives.
- Create, edit and publish engaging content for social media platforms, the company website and other digital communication channels.
- Plan and coordinate online marketing campaigns to promote vehicle inventory, special offers and dealership events.
- Analyze the features and target market of vehicles and services to recommend effective promotional approaches.
- Monitor campaign performance using marketing metrics and analytics, and prepare reports with recommendations for improvement.
- Maintain and manage the company's social media accounts, respond to online inquiries and monitor customer feedback to enhance brand reputation.
- Research automotive market trends, competitor activities and consumer preferences to support marketing decisions.
- Assist in preparing promotional materials including brochures, advertisements, presentations, newsletters and other marketing content.
- Coordinate promotional events, community outreach activities and other publicity initiatives to increase brand visibility.
- Advise management on marketing, advertising and sales promotion opportunities that support business growth.
- Work collaboratively with management to ensure marketing activities are consistent with the company's branding and business objectives.
Employment Requirements
- College diploma or university degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Public Relations or a related discipline.
- One (1) to two (2) years of experience in digital marketing, social media marketing, communications or a related occupation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational, analytical and time-management skills.
- Experience using social media management platforms and digital marketing tools is considered an asset.

Terms of Employment: Full-time, Temporary (3 years)
Benefits: 4% Vacation Pay; Commission for successfully referred vehicle sales
