Lead Window Cleaner / Crew Leader – Elevate Window Cleaning 25-40$ a hr
Location: Kelowna & Okanagan Area
Elevate Window Cleaning is looking for an experienced window cleaner who can take a leadership role within our growing company.
This is not an entry-level position. We’re looking for someone who already has experience with traditional squeegee work and water-fed pole systems, can communicate professionally with customers, and can be trusted to work independently.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Driving the company van to job sites
- Completing residential and commercial window cleaning jobs
- Using water-fed pole and traditional squeegee methods
- Communicating with customers professionally
- Representing the company in a positive manner
- Working independently without direct supervision
- Taking ownership of jobs and ensuring quality work
Requirements:
- Previous window cleaning experience required
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable and punctual
- Strong work ethic
- Comfortable working at heights
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Good customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and solve problems
