Overview
We are seeking a full time employee for a family run dairy farm in the Dorchester/Belmont area. Dairy and/or general farming experience is preferred, but not essential.
Duties
- Monitoring robotic milking system
- Maintain cleanliness of barn and milking equipment
- Assist with feeding, monitoring and general care of cattle
- Operate farm machinery such as tractors, feed mixers, and other equipment safely
- Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on farm machinery and equipment
- Support general farm duties
- Training will be provided
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to follow safety protocols
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Pay: From $21.00 per hour
