Duties
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas.
- Handle the disposal of waste materials in accordance with safety regulations.
- Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and report any shortages.
- Follow established procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment is properly maintained and stored after use.
- Respond promptly to requests for additional cleaning services as needed.
Skills
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify areas needing improvement.
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and safety protocols.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and clients.
