Part-Time Office Administrator
Location: Woodbridge/Vaughan, ON (or your office location)
Position: Part-Time
We are a growing construction company looking for a reliable and organized Office Administrator to join our team on a part-time basis.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping things organized, working independently, and helping a busy office run efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Data entry
- Creating and sending invoices
- Preparing customer quotes and estimates
- Scheduling appointments and installations
- Answering phones and responding to customer inquiries
- Organizing paperwork and digital files
- General administrative support
Requirements
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable using computers, email and some CRM software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work
- Self-motivated and dependable
Assets (Preferred but Not Required)
- Previous administrative or office experience
- Experience in the construction, renovation, or trades industry
- Familiarity with invoicing and estimating software (QuickBooks experience is an asset)
