POSITION SUMMARY: The Guest Services Representative is responsible for creating 100% guest satisfaction by providing efficient and effective front desk services. To greet and check-in guests, provide prompt and courteous service, and check-out guests upon completion of stay. These tasks are to be handled in a friendly, courteous, helpful, timely and professional manner resulting in a very high level of guest satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Grade 12 Education
Previous hotel Front Desk experience preferred but not necessary.
Previous customer service experience required.
Must possess basic computer skills.
Knowledge of Opera an asset.
Excellent guest contact skills.
Excellent interpersonal, organizational & communication skills.
Must be available 7 days a week, including Saturday & Sunday (all shifts).
