Reporting to the Grocery Supervisor, responsibilities for this position include the following:
- Demonstrate the behaviors and actions to support Lake Country Co-operative’s vision, mission, values, and safety principles to make a difference in members’ lives, with a strong customer-focused approach.
- Provide legendary service at all touch points through various communication channels.
- Perform cashier duties, bag groceries, assist guests, stock products, face shelves, and complete general housekeeping tasks.
- Process various payment methods through the point-of-sale (POS) system and provide accurate change as needed.
- Maintain a tidy, organized, and sanitized work area.
- Support and follow Asset Protection and Safety Management systems, policies, and procedures.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
