REPORTING TO: Guest Services Manager
FUNCTION / PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
A part-time Front Desk Agent must be able to work weekends and night shift.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Offer support and assistance to the guest and management team in the following areas:
· Deliver 100% Guest Satisfaction.
· Ensure proper balancing of postings.
· Maintain all company policies and procedures.
· Dealing with Guest Relations.
· Front desk duties as scheduled.
· All other duties associated with Front Desk and Night Audit including but not limited to the above listings.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
· Preferred applicants will have a minimum of one (1) years front desk experience.
· Ability to deal with all levels of guests, management, staff and owners in a professional manner.
· Excellent communication, interpersonal and administration skills.
· Proficient / familiarity with computerised systems.
· Ability to work within deadlines.
· Basic Computer knowledge Essential
· Proven ability to manage multi-tasked assignments.
· Ability to work over night and weekends.
Must be able to work weekends and holidays
Job Type: Part-time weekends @ $19.70 per hour this is a unionized position
