Apna Law LLP is a growing firm in Burnaby, BC practicing in the areas of Family Law, Estate Litigation, Defamation Law, and General Civil Litigation. We are currently looking to add an additional litigation lawyer to our team to work primarily in our Family Law department with the opportunity to also gain experience and conduct of files in our other practice areas.
The right candidate has 2+ years experience in the field of family law or general civil litigation and wishes to gain additional experience assisting senior lawyers with complex and high net worth family law matters while also having conduct of your own files as well. There will be regular opportunities to gain trial experience with senior counsel.
Salary will be commensurate with experience ranging from $120,000 to $200,000+ based on years of experience. Our billable target is 1450 hours annually with a bonus structure for those who meet/exceed their target. We offer a benefits package which is fully paid for by the firm.
