We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced QA Specialist - Intermediate to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of enterprise applications through comprehensive manual and automated testing. The successful candidate will play a key role in defect management, test planning, regression testing, and quality assurance throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, hands-on testing experience, and the ability to work collaboratively with development, business, and project teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Defect Management & Triage Experience
- Solid hands-on experience:
- Triaging software defects
- Participating in and leading defect triage meetings
- Analysing, prioritizing, and tracking defects through resolution
- Producing detailed defect summary and status reports
- Experience collaborating with developers, business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure timely defect resolution.
Candidates must have practical experience managing the complete defect lifecycle on enterprise software projects.
Manual & Automated Regression Testing
- Extensive experience executing:
- Manual regression testing
- Automated regression testing
- Experience creating, maintaining, and executing automation scripts.
- Ability to validate software functionality after enhancements, fixes, and deployments.
Comprehensive Testing Experience (5–10 Years)
- Minimum 5–10 years of hands-on experience performing both manual and automated testing, including:
- Black Box Testing
- Penetration Testing
- Security Testing
- System Testing
- Unit Testing
- Accessibility Testing (AODA)
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Strong understanding of software quality assurance methodologies, testing strategies, and industry best practices.
Test Planning & Test Case Development
- Extensive experience developing:
- Detailed test plans
- Test cases
- Test scenarios
- Test scripts
- Test execution documentation
- Ability to validate functional and non-functional requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
Azure DevOps & Defect Tracking Tools
- Hands-on experience using defect and test management tools, including:
- Azure DevOps
- Experience managing:
- Defects
- Test plans
- Test suites
- Test execution
- Work items
- Quality metrics and reporting
Practical experience with Azure DevOps or equivalent enterprise defect tracking tools is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute manual and automated test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Perform regression, system, integration, security, accessibility, and user acceptance testing.
- Lead and participate in defect triage sessions and coordinate issue resolution.
- Document testing results and provide detailed quality assurance reports.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and project stakeholders throughout the SDLC.
- Verify defect fixes and ensure applications meet functional, technical, and accessibility requirements.
- Support continuous improvement of QA processes, testing standards, and automation initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
- Experience testing enterprise and cloud-based applications.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards such as AODA and WCAG.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Pay: $45.00-$55.00 per hour
