We’re on the hunt for a fun, dog-loving human to join our daycare crew. Your daily duties? Hanging out with the coolest pups in town, helping with their enrichment and well-being, and keeping tails wagging and floors sparkling.
What you’ll be doing (besides giving belly rubs):
- Supervise and engage with dogs to ensure safe interactions and prevent conflicts.
- Provide basic training and reinforcement of good behavior while monitoring playtime activities.
- Keeping our facility fresh and clean like a well-groomed golden retriever by regularly cleaning kennels, play areas, and equipment.
- Giving spa treatments (a.k.a. baths and nail trims—robes not included)
- Chatting with pet parents so they know their fur-baby is in good hands.
- Communicate effectively with pet owners regarding their dog's behavior, needs, and any concerns that may arise during their stay.
You might be our perfect match if you:
- Speak fluent dog (understand canine body language, love all breeds, and use positive reinforcement techniques)
- Are cool under pressure and even cooler around drool
- Have experience with animal care
- Are pet first aid certified—or willing to be
- Want to learn more about dog training and behavior (we’re big on brains and brawn around here)
- Familiarity with kennel operations and animal restraint techniques for safe handling.
- Strong customer service skills to foster positive relationships with pet owners and provide exceptional service.
