Job Overview
We are looking for a Telecommunications Low Voltage Division Supervisor to lead and develop Low Voltage Division.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales and business development by identifying new opportunities and building long-term client relationships.
- Lead the growth of the division, including strategic planning and business expansion.
- Recruit, mentor, and manage high-performing technical and project teams.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including estimating, project management, scheduling, procurement, and field execution.
- Ensure successful delivery of projects while maintaining safety, quality, schedule, and budget requirements.
- Develop project proposals, pricing, and bid submissions for low-voltage and telecommunications projects.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, general contractors, consultants, and suppliers.
- Monitor financial performance, project profitability, and operational efficiency.
- Implement and maintain company standards, processes, and health & safety compliance.
- Provide technical leadership for structured cabling, fiber optics, CCTV, access control, security systems, wireless infrastructure, and other low-voltage solutions.

Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team of low voltage technicians during installation, maintenance, and repair activities.
- Install, troubleshoot, and maintain low voltage systems including CCTV, VoIP, Ethernet networks, Cisco routers, Juniper devices, and data center infrastructure.
- Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals to ensure accurate system setup and troubleshooting.
- Manage the installation of telecommunication systems such as Avaya and other VoIP solutions.
- Use hand tools and specialized equipment to perform precise wiring, termination, and system configuration tasks.
- Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining safety standards.
- Conduct quality inspections to verify system performance and compliance with specifications.
- Provide technical guidance and training to team members on system installation best practices and safety procedures.
- Document work activities accurately for project records and future reference.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in low voltage systems installation and maintenance within data centers or similar environments.
- Strong knowledge of computer networking concepts including Ethernet cabling, switches, routers (Cisco, Juniper), and network protocols.
- Familiarity with CCTV systems, telecommunication infrastructure (Avaya), VoIP technology, schematics interpretation, and electrical fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience with hand tools used in electrical wiring and system installation.
- Ability to read technical schematics and wiring diagrams accurately.
- Electrical experience is highly desirable for understanding power requirements and safety protocols.
- Leadership skills with prior experience supervising or leading technical teams preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex low voltage systems efficiently.
- Valid driver’s license is preferred for site travel between locations.
