Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Tutor to support students in achieving their academic goals. The Tutor will provide personalized instruction across various subjects, fostering a positive learning environment. Duties
- Deliver one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions tailored to students’ individual needs
- Develop and implement effective lesson plans and instructional strategies
- Assess student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
- Provide clear explanations of complex topics to enhance student comprehension
- Support students in developing study skills and academic confidence
- Maintain a positive, encouraging attitude to motivate learners
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, or school staff to ensure consistent support for students’ educational development
Qualifications
- Proven experience in tutoring or teaching, preferably with classroom experience
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey concepts to diverse learners
- Ability to work well with children and adapt teaching styles to meet individual needs
- Knowledge of educational best practices and curriculum standards
- Patience, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for helping students succeed

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
