The Role
We are looking for a Junior Buyer to support our purchasing and inventory operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, motivated, and eager to learn.
No prior purchasing experience is required — we will train the right candidate.
What You’ll Do
- Assist with daily and weekly ordering of food and supplies
- Work with the kitchen and operations team to understand needs
- Help monitor inventory levels and avoid shortages
- Coordinate deliveries and check incoming products
- Communicate with suppliers and resolve basic issues
- Support cost tracking and purchasing records
What We’re Looking For
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills
- Basic computer skills (Excel, email, etc.)
- Reliable and takes ownership of tasks
