LingoAce is a global education company offering engaging, high-quality learning programs for children. As we continue to grow in the Toronto market, we are looking for a driven BD Representative - Sales Focus to help expand local business opportunities and support revenue growth.
This is a sales-focused business development role. We are looking for someone with strong sales ability who can build local relationships, follow up on opportunities, and convert interest into measurable business results.
What You’ll Do
Sales & Business Growth
- Drive business growth in the Toronto market through proactive outreach, lead follow-up, and relationship development
- Identify business opportunities and convert leads into enrollments or partnership-driven growth
- Present LingoAce’s programs clearly and effectively to prospective families, schools, community organizations, and local partners
- Own individual sales goals and contribute to regional growth targets
Relationship Building
- Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, educators, schools, and community partners
- Represent LingoAce professionally in meetings, events, and local outreach activities
- Develop trust with prospective clients and communicate program value in a persuasive and customer-focused way
Market Outreach
- Support local outreach efforts, events, and partnership activities that help generate leads and increase visibility
- Identify local channels and community connections that can support business growth in Toronto
- Share market feedback and customer insights with internal teams
Performance Tracking
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-up activity, and conversion progress
- Provide regular updates on pipeline, sales activity, and business opportunities
- Work closely with internal teams to support execution and improve results
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in sales, marketing, education, or social media/community operations in Canada markets
- Existing connections within local parent communities, community groups, or referral networks are a strong plus
- Experience with referral-based sales, community outreach, or event sales initiatives is an advantage
- Strong work ethic, resilience, and comfort working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Motivated by results, growth, and performance-based earning opportunities
- English required; Chinese is a plus
