Summary

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations ensuring high standards of food quality and customer service.
- Supervise and support kitchen and front-of-house staff to maintain a cohesive team environment.
- Manage food preparation, cooking, and food handling processes to meet safety and quality standards.
- Implement training programs for staff on food safety, customer service, and operational procedures.
- Ensure compliance with health regulations and safety standards.
- Assist in managing restaurant budgets, inventory, and supplies.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.
- Address customer concerns promptly to uphold the restaurant's reputation.
- Qualifications
- Proven supervising experience in a restaurant setting.
- Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food handling.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with team management experience.
- Knowledge of restaurant management practices including food safety regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with hospitality operations is preferred.
