About the Role
We are looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) who is comfortable engaging decision-makers, generating new opportunities, and helping organizations understand the value of cybersecurity and risk management solutions.
This is a performance-driven role with the stability of a base salary and benefits, combined with significant earning potential through commissions and incentives.
You will work closely with company leadership to identify prospective clients, initiate conversations, qualify opportunities, and schedule meetings that contribute directly to company growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting through phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Identify and engage decision-makers within target organizations
- Generate qualified sales opportunities and schedule discovery meetings
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
- Conduct initial qualification conversations
- Maintain accurate CRM records and activity tracking
- Follow established sales processes and qualification frameworks
- Collaborate with leadership on outreach strategies and market positioning
- Consistently achieve activity, pipeline, and meeting-generation targets
Qualifications Required
- Previous experience in business development, sales development, inside sales, account management, lead generation, or a related sales role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence speaking with executives and business leaders
- Experience with outbound prospecting and cold calling
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Preferred
- Experience selling B2B services, technology, SaaS, IT services, cybersecurity, or consulting solutions
- Experience using HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
- Familiarity with consultative sales methodologies such as SPIN Selling, Challenger, or Solution Selling
