We are looking for a Rheumatology Marketing Lead who is strategic, collaborative, and patient-focused to join our Immunology Patient Value team in Canada, base in our Oakville, Toronto offices, as a hybrid position.
About the Role
You will lead brand and therapeutic area strategy, shaping a clear commercial vision, market positioning, and long-term growth roadmap. You will translate patient, healthcare professional, payer, competitor, and market insights into meaningful strategies that support patient value and business performance while driving sustainable brand growth.
Who You'll Work With
You will work closely with medical, market access, regulatory, patient engagement, and sales colleagues to build integrated plans and deliver impactful, compliant programs. You will also engage with external stakeholders, including clinical experts, institutions, advocacy groups, and payers.

Lead long-term brand and therapeutic area marketing strategy for Canada.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's degree.

Minimum of 3+ years of pharmaceutical product and team leadership management experience.
- Minimum of 2+ years of pharmaceutical or medical sales experience.
- Minimum 2+ current experience in the Canadian healthcare and access environment.

Ability to travel approximately 20%.
Preferred Requirements

Experience in specialty or biologic marketing.

Experience in rheumatology and/or dermatology.

Bilingual in English and French.

Experience translating market insights into strategic commercial plans.

Experience engaging key clinical and healthcare stakeholders.

Strong patient-focused mindset and cross-functional leadership skills.
This positions reasonably anticipated base salary range is $120,000 - $158,000 annually. The actual salary offered will take into account related knowledge, skills, experience and location among other factors and may fall outside the expected range
