We tell clients what they need to hear, not what they want to hear. That's the whole model. Now we're looking for licensed agents to grow with us.
Why This Team
Our systems are fully online, start to finish. Leads come in through our CRM, you call them through our CRM, and every conversation you have helps shape the next generation of how we communicate with clients — we're actively building out AI-based tools, and you'd be growing alongside that, not stuck with sticky notes and a spreadsheet.
You'll get regular 1-1 coaching — not a quarterly check-in, actual ongoing coaching. And you'll be joining a culture that's motivated, positive, and genuinely hungry to grow — the kind of team people in the neighbourhood recognize and trust, on sight.
What You'll Do
- Work leads provided by our database and CRM, while actively prospecting your own — open houses, meeting the neighbours, sign calls, ad calls, legacy calls
- Get involved in the organic lead-generation engine that actually works for us: community events, sponsorships, content and social media, hosting your own open houses
- Guide buyers and sellers through the full transaction with honest, low-pressure advice
- Show up to regular 1-1 coaching ready to talk numbers, goals, and what's working
- Represent the team at community events and sponsorships across Pickering, Ajax, and the wider Durham Region
What We're Looking For
- Active real estate licence, minimum 2 years of experience
- Comfortable and confident with technology — beyond basic email and Word, you're not intimidated by CRMs, apps, and new tools
- Hungry to grow your sales stats and genuinely coachable
- Comfortable prospecting — not just waiting on leads to land
- Someone who fits a boutique, family-style team, not a big-box brokerage
- Based in or willing to work Pickering and Ajax primarily
