We are Now Hiring a Part Time Medical Chiropractic Receptionist (Part Time)
We are a very busy Multidisciplinary Health Care Facility that has been established for well over 35 years proudly serving the Burlington and surrounding areas with Chiropractic, Massage Therapy and Naturopathic services. We are looking for a friendly, well organized and Professional Chiropractic Receptionist to join our team. Our ideal candidate will be someone who can handle pressure and the demands of our busy clinic.
Position Details
- Shifts include Tuesday and Thursday Mornings from approximately 7-12 and Saturday mornings from 7-12
- Hours 15 - 25 hours per week
- Cover sick days when in need
- Cover vacation time when in need
- Start time - immediately
Responsibilities
- Greet patients as they enter our office and efficiently manage our patient flow
- Answer phones and schedule the patients
- Schedule patients using our Juvonno program
- Experience with MVA and WSIB claims would be an asset
- Scan documents
- filing
- Billings to extended health Insurance
- MVA Billings
- Additional duties as required
Qualifications
- Experience with WSIB and MVA billing would be an asset
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency with Scheduling software
- Strong organizational Skills and Mutitasking Skills
- Previous experience in a chiropractic and/or medical office would be an asset
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Administrative Experience
Pay
- We are offering a wage between $20-$23 per hour to start
- A friendly environment
Experience preferred with MVA and WSIB billings but willing to train the right person. This position is not suitable for students.
