Job Title- Security Technician (Non-Licensed)

Job Overview
We are seeking a Security Technician (Non-Licensed) to support installation and maintenance of security and fire systems. The role involves assisting senior technicians with system setup, troubleshooting, and documentation while ensuring adherence to safety and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with cable runs and system installations for security and fire systems
- Support troubleshooting activities and help resolve system-related issues
- Work alongside experienced personnel to implement solutions for technical problems
- Assist in preparing commissioning and as-built documentation
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and applicable local/national codes
- Maintain required certifications relevant to the security/fire industry
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders during site visits (arrival, updates, and completion)
- Support project execution and report any issues or changes to supervisors
- Complete required paperwork and on-site documentation accurately
- Engage in self-learning to build technical expertise on products and systems
- Always follow all organizational safety policies and guidelines
Requirements
- Basic understanding of security/fire systems, electrical systems, or related technologies
- Ability to assist in troubleshooting and system support
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to safety standards and procedures
- Willingness to learn and develop technical skills
- Reliable transportation required
