Full-Time Veterinary Client Service Representative

About the Role
As a Client Service Representative, you will be the welcoming face and calming voice of our clinic. You’ll play a key role in ensuring every client and patient receives exceptional service—from the moment they contact us to the moment they leave our doors.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet clients warmly and provide outstanding customer service
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage daily communications
- Check clients in and out; process payments and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate with veterinarians and technicians to support efficient workflow
- Maintain a clean, organized, and friendly reception area
- Handle client concerns with empathy, professionalism, and strong problem-solving skills
Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience required; veterinary or medical experience is an asset
- Strong communication skills, both over the phone and in person
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with computer systems; experience with veterinary software is a plus
- Compassionate, patient, and able to stay calm under pressure
- Reliable team player with a strong work ethic
- Availability to work days, evenings, and weekends
