CANDIDATE SUMMARY:
A successful candidate would be passionate about results and teamwork to succeed at a high level. The right candidate will be detail-oriented, good with numbers to ensure accurate renovation estimates in a timely matter. This enthusiastic, self-starter would have a passion for customer service and be responsible for making sure our clients have the highest level of care and personalized follow-up. This candidate has strong written and verbal communication skills. They stay calm under pressure and are concerned about doing things the right way. The right candidate is a great coachable, learner with a can-do attitude and proven ability to succeed.
The Sales Representatives reports directly to the Site Managers & President. Along with being highly organized, you have great time management skills and detail abilities to ensure all documentation is correctly completed.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Answer phone calls and emails from clients, team members and others
· Advanced communication skills, written and verbal, able to compose and edit correspondence for grammar, content and accuracy, actively listen and ask questions when appropriate.
· Complete assigned work promptly, efficiently and in a timely manner.
· Possess a high level of self-confidence and demonstrate the ability to take initiative.
· Ensure client satisfaction with company services/communication.
· Focuses on the achievement of customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and long-term account goals in line with Reborn’s vision.
· Cold call, organize meetings and prepare business presentations and design / implement sales strategies.
· Effectively prepares prior to calling on customer; designs proposals to address the customer's specific needs and maximize business potential.
· Ability to understand and access the client’s home renovation requirements and tailor the estimate to meet their needs.
· Maintains strong knowledge of new and existing products in the market and new developments; understands current competitive conditions within the marketplace.
· Build company brand - Participating in trade shows, home and garden show, conventions and networking events.

· Reliable vehicle, clean abstract and valid driver's license (Required)
· Motivated, loves to sell and have a passion for all aspects of interior/exterior home renovations (Most valued characteristics within organization)
· Pass an Alberta background check.
· Direct sales experience working with homeowners and large construction accounts (asset)
· People skills; effective team player with strong communication (verbal & written) and listening skills; sociable, reliable, honest, accountable, tidy and organized.
· Strong time and resource management skills along with organizational skills; ability to prioritize and quickly respond to customer requests.
Job Types: Full-time, Commission
Pay: $100,000.00-$145,000.00 per year
