OBJECTIVE:
The Enterprise Applications & Integration Developer designs, develops, integrates, and supports business-critical enterprise platforms, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Boomi, Shopify, Azure services, APIs, and related systems. The role partners with business, data, infrastructure, vendors, and technology teams to deliver scalable, secure, and supportable solutions across ERP, commerce, integration, and reporting processes. The position is accountable for translating business needs into technical designs, building and maintaining integrations, resolving production issues, and continuously improving the application landscape.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design, develop, configure, test, deploy, document, and support enterprise application solutions across D365 Finance & Operations, Shopify, Boomi, Azure, and related platforms.
- Develop and support D365 F&O extensions, customisations, X++ components, data entities, workflows, security-aware changes, and integrations aligned to Microsoft extension best practices.
- Build, enhance, monitor, and troubleshoot Boomi integration processes, connectors, APIs, EDI/data flows, and scheduled jobs connecting ERP, commerce, data, and third-party applications.
- Design and maintain RESTful APIs, web services, and cloud integration patterns using Azure services such as Logic Apps, Azure Functions, API Management, Service Bus, Data Lake, and Power Automate where appropriate.
- Support Shopify and commerce integrations with ERP, OMS/WMS, payment, fulfilment, customer, product, pricing, inventory, and reporting processes.
- Translate business requirements into robust technical designs, estimates, technical documentation, unit tests, deployment plans, and production support procedures.
- Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and external development partners to troubleshoot complex issues, improve performance, strengthen security, and ensure reliable service delivery.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5+ years of software development, enterprise application development, or integration development experience.
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations development, including X++, extensions, data entities, security concepts, integrations, and production support.
- Hands-on experience with Boomi AtomSphere, including process development, connectors, API/EDI integrations, deployments, monitoring, error handling, and support.
- Experience integrating Shopify or comparable commerce platforms with ERP, OMS/WMS, fulfilment, payment, customer, product, pricing, inventory, and reporting systems.
- Strong experience designing and supporting RESTful APIs, web services, JSON/XML payloads, middleware processes, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Strong knowledge of C#, .NET/.NET Core, SQL, stored procedures, data modelling, performance tuning, and secure coding practices.
- Experience with Azure services such as Logic Apps, Azure Functions, API Management, Service Bus, Data Lake, Power Automate, Key Vault, App Service, and monitoring tools is an asset.
- Experience with Git, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, release management, documentation, testing, debugging, and production operations.
- Knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS, Node.js, front-end frameworks, or UI development is an asset but secondary to enterprise application and integration expertise.
- Experience with Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, Power Platform, or enterprise data platforms is an asset.
- Ability to lead technical design discussions, explain options and trade-offs, assess impact, and recommend practical solutions.
- Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, and business partnering skills; able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in fashion retail, wholesale, eCommerce, supply chain, or finance business processes is an asset.
- Bilingual in English and French is an asset.
