What You'll Do
- Provide warm, attentive, and intuitive service without being intrusive
- Confidently guide guests through menus, features, and pairings with a conversational approach
- Read tables and adapt service style to match guest expectation
- Maintain a polish section with strong attention to details
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely service
- Work closely with kitchen and bar to ensure timing, accuracy and flow
