Odyssey is seeking skilled HVAC Installers to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, along with mechanical knowledge and experience in related fields. As an HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems in residential and light commercial settings.

What you’ll do (Install-focused)
- Install residential (and light commercial) HVAC systems: heat pumps, air handlers, furnaces, A/Cs, ERVs/HRVs, ductwork, and water heaters
- Install gas lines where required; commission, test, and document all installs to TSSA standards
- Walk homeowners through operation and maintenance; capture photos and forms in our CRM
- Keep your vehicle/jobsite clean, organized, and safe; communicate proactively with the office and crew
What you bring
Lead Installer
- 4+ years install experience, confidently leading 1–2 apprentices on site
- Strong layout, brazing, ductwork, low-voltage, start-up/commissioning, and problem-solving skills
- Licences: G2 and ODP required; 313A/313D preferred; 308A Sheet Metal an asset
- Reads drawings, plans work, maintains pace and quality
2nd–3rd Year Apprentice
- Registered apprentice with solid fundamentals in HVAC installation
- Eager to learn, takes direction well, communicates clearly with teammates and customers
- G3/G2 and ODP preferred (or a plan to obtain)
Physical & safety
- Comfortable with ladders, scaffolding, man-lifts; lifting 50+ lbs; indoor/outdoor work in all seasons
- Valid G driver’s license with a clean abstract; clear background check
Job Types: Full-time, Apprenticeship
Pay: $25.00-$44.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 55 per week
