Overview
We are seeking a knowledgeable and dedicated Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant to join our team. This role involves providing expert guidance and support to clients navigating the Canadian immigration process. The ideal candidate will possess a thorough understanding of Canadian immigration laws, policies, and procedures, and will be committed to delivering exceptional service to help clients achieve their immigration goals. Duties
- Assess client eligibility for various Canadian immigration programs and advise on the most suitable options
- Prepare, review, and submit immigration applications accurately and efficiently
- Stay current with changes in immigration laws, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance
- Provide detailed guidance to clients throughout the application process, including documentation requirements and interview preparation
- Maintain detailed case files and documentation in accordance with regulatory standards
- Liaise with government agencies, legal professionals, and other stakeholders as needed
- Educate clients on their rights, responsibilities, and the potential outcomes of their applications
- Ensure all client interactions adhere to ethical standards and regulatory requirements for licensed consultants
Requirements
- Valid registration as a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) with the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC) or equivalent licensing body
- Proven experience in Canadian immigration consulting or related legal fields
- Strong knowledge of Canadian immigration laws, policies, and procedures
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to explain complex information clearly
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently while maintaining accuracy
- Proficiency with immigration software systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Nice-to-have: bilingual abilities in English and French; experience working with diverse client populations; familiarity with digital case management tools
- Can be commission based as well.

Pay: $50,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
