Western Kia is looking for a reliable, energetic Lot Attendant to join our busy service team in Corner Brook, Newfoundland.
In this role, you’ll help keep our lot area organized, hazard free, and welcoming, and you'll assist our sales and service teams by performing new and used vehicle inspections.

This is a full-time position reporting to the Service Manager.
Receiving:
-
Efficiently assist with receiving new vehicles from delivery truck

Initial exterior unwrapping/inspection to check for any delivery damage

Interior unwrapping/inspection and key handoff.
Wash Bay/Lot Daily Duties/PDI:

Detailing sold units as part of PDI and to ensure a high level of cleanliness prior to customer handoff

After PDI completion ensure vehicles are properly parked in the lot
-
Keep wash bay clean, clear clutter or garbage daily, check for potential safety hazards, etc
-
Ensure vehicles are filled with gasoline prior to customer handoff

Remove snow and salt walkways during winter maintaining the safety of the dealership premises

Ensure vehicles are cleared of snow

Other duties as assigned by the manager.
What We're Looking For:

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Ability to drive both automatic and standard transmission vehicles

Ability to work independently and stay organized
-
Strong work ethic and pride in keeping things neat and well maintained

Automotive service environment experience is an asset

You must be eligible to work in Canada.
