Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Perform a variety of general warehouse and production duties.
- Operate a forklift as required.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately.
- Build, wrap, and prepare pallets for shipment.
- Apply wood bead to doors.
- Sand wood doors in preparation for painting.
- Assist with packaging finished wood doors.
- Repair minor cosmetic imperfections.
- Assist in the Glass Department and other production areas as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment through general housekeeping.
- Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and safe work practices.
- Stand for extended periods (8–9 hour shifts).
- Safely lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis throughout the workday.
- Perform other warehouse and production duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or general labour experience is preferred.
- Forklift experience or certification is an asset but not required.
- Experience operating basic power tools (e.g., brad nailers, framing nailers, miter saws)
- Previous carpentry, woodworking, or building materials experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of doors, decorative glass, millwork, or related building products is beneficial but not required.
- Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Reliable with excellent attendance and punctuality.
- Committed to following all company safety policies, procedures, and safe work practices.
- Ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and remain on your feet for extended periods.
- Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Schedule
- Monday to Friday, day shift.

Experience:
- shipping, packing, and palletizing: 2 years (preferred)
- Warehouse or manufacturing: 3 years (required)
