Responsibilities
- Assist senior technicians with installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems.
- Learn to read schematics and technical diagrams.
- Support plumbing, welding, and mechanical tasks as needed.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Contribute to the successful completion of high-end residential projects.
- Develop your skills under the mentorship of experienced professionals.
- Help ensure all work meets quality standards and client expectations.
- Qualifications
- Strong interest in learning HVAC trade.
- Basic mechanical knowledge or related experience is a plus.
- Willingness to learn plumbing, welding, and schematic reading.
- Good communication skills and team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to follow instructions carefully.
- Prior construction or appliance repair experience is advantageous but not required.
- Valid driver’s license is preferred.
